RATHJEN and LYNN D. RATHJEN, Wife and Husband, and TAMI BEDNAR and c <br />THOMAS D. BEDNAR, Wife and Husband, to AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, <br />for the benefit of JAMES D.
