<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GLENDA
<br />L. RATHJEN and LYNN D. RATHJEN, Wife and Husband, and TAMI BEDNAR and c
<br />THOMAS D. BEDNAR, Wife and Husband, to AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of JAMES D. LIVINGSTON, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 16,
<br />2002, and recorded January 16, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument Number 200200618, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />College Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />The West One -Half (W1 /2) of Lot Sixteen (16) and Eighteen (18), Block Five (5),
<br />College Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
