200905599 <br />lnter~retations. Any uncertainty or ambiguity existing herein shall nat be interpreted <br />against any Party because such Party prepared any portion of this Lease, but shall be <br />interpreted according to the application of rules of interpretation of contracts <br />generally. <br />Successors and Assi~ms. This Lease shall be binding upon and shall inure to the <br />benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns. <br />k. Relationship of Parties. Neither the method of computation of rent nor any other <br />provisions contained in this Lease nor any acts of the Parties shall be deemed or <br />construed by the Parties ar by any third person to create the relationship of principal <br />and agent or of partnership or of joint venture or of any association between Lessors <br />and Lessee, other than the relationship of landlord and tenant. <br />Brokerage Commission. Each Party represents to the other Parties that such Party <br />has not retained any broker to represent it in connection with this transaction. <br />Therefore each Farty agrees to indemnify the other Parties against any and all claims <br />for real estate commission or brokerage fees arising out of any alleged agreement or <br />action of such indemnifying Party. <br />rn. Further Assurances. At any time and from time to time before during the Term <br />hereof, at any Party's reasonable request and without further consideration, the other <br />Parties hereto shall execute and deliver such other instruments and documents, and <br />take such other actions as maybe reasonably required in order to mare effectively <br />carry out and implement the provisions and purposes of this Lease. <br />[SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS] <br />-22- <br />
