Snyder, Attorney at Law, and a <br />member of the Nebraska Bar Association, is appointed as Successor Trustee, the undersigned <br />Successor Trustee has exercised the power of sale in the manner provided by law; has caused a <br />notice of default to be given, recorded and served in the manner provided by law; and has caused a <br />notice of sale to be given, published and served in the manner provided by law; and has conducted <br />the Trustee's Sale in the manner pravided by law; and in all other respects has complied with the <br />provisions of Neb. Rev. Stet. Sections 76-1001 to 76-1018, as amended; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the said Successor Trustee, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stet.
