<br />31, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200207984 wherein Michael E. Eatherton
<br />and Kelly J. Eatherton, husband and wife are named Trustors; and
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named
<br />Beneficiary; and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company is
<br />named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the
<br />Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above
<br />described to secure, among other obligations, payment of a
<br />promissory note of even date in the principal amount of $72,000.00
<br />and interest thereon according to the terms thereof. That by
<br />Substitution of Trustee dated October 26, 2004, made by Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. Grantor was substituted as
<br />Trustee in place of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
