Burns, as Trustee, for the benefit of Betty A. S~ S <br />Schuessler, as Beneficiary, dated November 22, 1996, and filed for record on <br />November 25, 1996 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document No. 96-109248, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, <br />title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the <br />following: <br />The North Thirty-three and Sixty-Six Hundredths (33.66) Feet of the West One <br />Hundred Thirty-two (132) Feet of Lot Seventeen (17) of Home Subdivision, of that <br />part of the Northwest Quarter (NW'/~) of Section Nine (9) in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., which lies west of Wheeler Avenue, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, mare particularly <br />described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot Seventeen <br />(17), thence running east One Hundred Thirty-two (132) Feet along the North line of <br />said Lot, then South at right angles Thirty-three and Sixty-Six Hundredths (33.66) <br />Feet, thence west at right angles One Hundred Thirty-two (132) Feet, thence North at <br />right angles Thirty-three and Sixty-six Hundredths (33.66) Feet to the place of <br />beginning. <br />DATED: July 8th, 2009. <br />Duane A.
