TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL. RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />j <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by �J <br />MICHAEL T JAKUBOWSKI, SINGLE PERSON <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated NOVEMBER 14, 2002 and recorded NOVEMBER 15, <br />2002 in HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE HALL COUNTY, Nebraska as DOCUMENT <br />#0200212653, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />THE SOUTHERLY THIRTY NINE AND SIXTY FIVE ONE HUNDREDTHS (S 39.65) FEET OF LOT <br />FIVE (5) AND THE SOUTHERLY THIRTY NINE AND SIXTY FIVE ONE HUNDREDTHS (S39.65) <br />FEET OF THE WESTERLY FOUR (4) FEET OF LOT FOUR (4) ALL IN BLOCK TWENTY EIGHT <br />(28) IN RUSSEL WHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />Dated this 27th day of January , 2005. <br />f/ <br />Arend R.
