<br />certain tract more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 77-002754; and EXCEPT a certain tract more
<br />particularly described in Trustee's Deed recorded as Document No. 95-
<br />104140and EXCEPT a certain tract more particularly described in Warranty
