<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE ~/SSU
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 1.60, C'xrand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by Thayer Family L.L.C., A NE Lited Liability Co. arad Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M. Thayer,
<br />Husband and Wi#'e, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings
<br />Bank of Grand Island, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney,
<br />as Trustee, dated De~ember 26, 2002, and recorded January 6, 2003 aad January 24, 2003,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200300121 and 0200300941 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by Thayer Family L.L.C., A NE Li~ited Liability Ca. and Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M.
<br />Thayer, Husband and Wife, as trUStor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as
<br />Beneficiary, dated December 26, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hali County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200300121 and 0200300941, has been paid,
<br />and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as beneficiary
<br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein,
<br />located in Hall County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Unit Sixteen (16), The Village Condominiums, a Condominium, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
