CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED
<br />ENGLAND FARMS, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the dissolution of Farabee Farms, a
<br />Nebraska General Partnership and other valuable consideration received from the GRANTEES,
<br />GILBERT F. ENGLAND and NORMA K. ENGLAND, husband and wife, as joint tenants with
<br />rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, conveys to the GRANTEES, the following -
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />All of Grantor's undivided one -half (1/2) interest in the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW1 /4) of Section Twenty -Two (22), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEES that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the
<br />lawful claims of all persons.
