<br />husband and wife, as Trustor, did on or about November 3, 1999,
<br />make, execute and deliver unto Alvin L. Gosda and Cyndia L. Gosda,
<br />husband and wife, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the
<br />following described real property:

<br />in H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and its complement: The Easterly
<br />Thirty -three feet (E 331) of Fractional Lot Three (3) in
<br />Fractional Block Five (5) in Rollins' Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which Trustor obtained from
<br />Alvin L. Gosda and Cyndia L. Gosda, husband and wife, Beneficiary
<br />of said Deed of Trust, which was recorded on November 3, 1999, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 0099110655.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of
<br />an obligation of the Trustor for which the trust property was
<br />conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay
<br />the Beneficiary payments that were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to
<br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest
<br />thereon, at once due and payable and the Trustee has elected to
<br />sell or cause to be sold the real estate described in the Deed of
