<br />by reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to Monument Street Funding,
<br />LLC, said assignment recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on December 17, 2004 as Instrument No. 200412115; does hereby notify the
<br />above -named persons of a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon
<br />the following- described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-
