<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Joel L. Kinport and Natalia L. Kinport, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or
<br />about September 13, 1991, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee,
<br />a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Block G in MacColl and Leflang's Second Addition to
<br />the Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on September 16, 1991, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 91- 106118. Said Deed of Trust was rerecorded on September 24, 1991, as Instrument No.
<br />91- 106307.
<br />On or about September 17, 1991, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was
<br />recorded October 8, 1991, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 91-
<br />106704. Said Assignment was rerecorded on October 23, 1991, as Instrument No. 91- 107041.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
