<br />L. McIntosh and Rickie A. McIntosh, wife and husband, to United Nebraska Bank, Trustee for the benefit of United
<br />Nebraska Bank, the Beneficiary named therein dated June 20, 2002 and recorded June 26, 2002 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 0200206748 of the Trust Deed Records of said County
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described property:
<br />Lot Three (3), Kallos Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
