<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this G day of January,
<br />2005, by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union is
<br />Beneficiary, and Carla D. Sander, a single person, is Trustor and
<br />Ronald S. Depue, Attorney, is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on July 26, 2002, and
<br />filed as Instrument No. 0200207793 in the Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, a
<br />certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Suite 4, Fairway Estates Condominium Property Regime II, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustor.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with a-4 appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or ap��tai �/n,
