I am the duly elected and acting Mayor of the City of Grand Island and <br />provide this affidavit in my official capacity as Mayor. <br />2. By Special Warranty Deed dated April 22, 1985 and fled of record May <br />9, 1985 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, the City of <br />Grand Island conveyed certain real property, as more particularly described on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, to Timothy O'Neill, Thomas <br />O'Neill, and Joseph O'Neill (the "Grantees ") (the "Special Warranty Deed").* $ .6— 6t d % <br />3. The Special Warranty Deed reserved unto the City of Grand Island a <br />possibility of reverter, in the event certain subsequent conditions were not performed by <br />the Grantees. <br />4. As required by the Special Warranty Deed, the Director of the Community <br />Development Agency has certified that all conditions required of the Grantees by the <br />Special Warranty Deed have been satisfied. <br />5.
