The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its <br /> City 7983 enacted Ordinance No. 6959, <br /> Council on November 21,. <br /> whic`i directed the conveyance of the real estate described below <br /> and the manner and teens thereof. <br /> 2. Ordinance No. 6959 was published in the Grand Island <br /> Daily Independent according to law,,and notice of such the terms thereof were Dublished in the 'Grand Island Daily <br /> Independent for three successive weeks, on November 29, December <br /> 6, December 13, 1984, all as required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. <br /> 194 , <br /> <br /> 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the <br /> City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty <br /> days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 6959, <br /> <br /> 4. Section S of Ordinance No. 6959 provides that if no <br /> remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City <br /> Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to the Grantee, a Special <br /> Warranty Deed for said real estate, and the execution of such <br /> deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the <br /> City Council. <br /> NOW, TILEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal <br /> corporation in ?all County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration <br /> of One Dollar ($1.00) received from Grantee,-does hereby grant, <br /> bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br /> BRENT ALLAN MILLER,. <br /> <br /> a single person, herein called the Grantee, the following; described <br /> real property in Nall County,, Nebraska: <br /> <br /> Lot Seven (7), Block Forty-tiro (42), Russell <br /> Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br /> Hall.
