<br /> 1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its
<br /> City 7983 enacted Ordinance No. 6959,
<br /> Council on November 21,.
<br /> whic`i directed the conveyance of the real estate described below
<br /> and the manner and teens thereof.
<br /> 2. Ordinance No. 6959 was published in the Grand Island
<br /> Daily Independent according to law,,and notice of such the terms thereof were Dublished in the 'Grand Island Daily
<br /> Independent for three successive weeks, on November 29, December
<br /> 6, December 13, 1984, all as required by Section 16-202, R.R.S.
<br /> 194 ,
<br />
<br /> 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the
<br /> City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty
<br /> days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 6959,
<br />
<br /> 4. Section S of Ordinance No. 6959 provides that if no
<br /> remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City
<br /> Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to the Grantee, a Special
<br /> Warranty Deed for said real estate, and the execution of such
<br /> deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the
<br /> City Council.
<br /> NOW, TILEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal
<br /> corporation in ?all County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration
<br /> of One Dollar ($1.00) received from Grantee,-does hereby grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br /> BRENT ALLAN MILLER,.

<br /> a single person, herein called the Grantee, the following; described
<br /> real property in Nall County,, Nebraska:

<br /> Lot Seven (7), Block Forty-tiro (42), Russell
<br /> Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall. County, Nebraska
<br /> hereinafter referred to as the Premises.
<br />
<br /> To have and to hold the above described Premises unto the
<br /> Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, so long as
<br /> the Grantee performs all of the covenants and obligations contained
<br /> in paragraph G of the "Agreement Purchase

<br /> recorded as Document Number
<br /> of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> This Special Warranty Deed shall convey Co Grantee an estate
<br /> in fee simple determinable, and. in the event of breach of any of
<br /> the provisions of paragraph 6 of the foregoing Agreement for Pur-
<br /> chase of Real Estate, the possibility of reverter shall vest in
<br /> the Grantor herein, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> Grantor hereby covenants -,it Grantee and with Grantee's heirs
<br /> and assi-ns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said Premises; that
<br /> they are free from encumbrance, except for the foregoing conditions,
<br /> easements and restrictions`of record; that Grantor has ood right
<br /> and lawful authority,to convey the sate, subject to the foregoing
<br /> conditions; and that Grantor warrants and will defend the title to
<br /> said Premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
