DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Second Deed of Trust, dated July 5, 1995, executed by
<br />ROBERT L. SIEMERS and BETTY J. SIEMERS, husband and wife, 5076 W. Abbott Road, Grand
<br />Island, NE 68803, as Trustor, to DAVID H. FISHER, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings,
<br />Nebraska 68902 -1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of Ag Services of America, Inc., now known as
<br />Rabo AgServices, Inc., P.O. Box 668, Cedar Falls, IA 50613 -0668, as Beneficiary, recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 95- 104619, Office of Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been partially
<br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />In consideration of such partial payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest
<br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Second Deed of Trust in the following:
