<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, whose name and address is W. Eric Wood, 1 1515 South 39th Street,
<br />Bellevue NE 68123, and who is designated as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated October 1, 2001,
<br />executed by Robert L. Siemers &Wa Bob Siemers and Betty J. Siemers a/k/a Betty Siemers a/k/a Betty Joan
<br />Siemers. Husband and Wife as Trustors, in which Nebraska Law Offices, P.C., a Nebraska Professional
<br />Corporation d/b /a Downing, Alexander & Wood is named as Beneficiary, said Trust Deed being recorded
<br />on March 8, 2002 as Instrument Nos. 0200202578 and 0200202579 with the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Nebraska Law Offices, P.C., the Beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such
<br />Trust Deed and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />to wit, Robert L. Siemers a/k/a Bob Siemers, a single man, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder,
<br />to -wit: the real estate described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Omaha,
