The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed dated May 19, 2004; and recorded <br />on June 11, 2004, as Instrument No. 200405788, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, executed by Dana G. & Marsha L. Hansen, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which <br />Clifford P. Flanagan, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligation for <br />which the Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such breach is the <br />Trustors' failure to make payment of hazard insurance premium when due in accordance with the <br />terms of said Trust Deed. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness <br />secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and further notified that because of such default, the <br />undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the Trust Property to satisfy the obligation under <br />the Trust Deed.
