<br />spouse of each other, jointly and severally. as individuals, , as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE

<br />President, Patricia A. Johnson, Secretary , and Rick S Johnson and Patricia A. Johnson, each in his
<br />and her own right, and as spouse of each other, jointly and severally, as individuals, , as trustor, to
<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, and recorded on March 31, 1997 , in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 97- 102304 , has been paid on 1 -18 -05 :
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable Federal Savings
<br />Bank, formally known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A
<br />Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the
<br />parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under such

<br />with the east line of Greenwich Street; thence running northwesterly along and upon the east line of Greenwich Street, a distance of
<br />one Hundred Forty-five and six hundredths (145.06) feet; thence running northeasterly a distance of One Hundred Twenty-One and
<br />Thirty -Seven Hundredths (121.37) feet: thence running southeasterly a distance of One Hundred Forty -Four and Seventy-Nine
<br />Hundredths (144.79) feet to a point on the north line of Oklahoma Avenue; thence running southwesterly along and upon the north
<br />line of Oklahoma Avenue a distance of One Hundred Twenty-One and Forty-Three Hundredths (121.43) feet to the point of
