<br />Hall County, Nebraska, by encouraging the sale of lots and the construction of single family resi-

<br />The lands of the Owner which are hereby submitted to this DECLARATION OF
<br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD

<br />NEBRASKA, are a fee simple interest in Summerfield Estates Fourth Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a tract of land consisting of Lot One (1), Block Two (2) of
<br />Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, also consisting of
<br />unplatted land located in the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W� /2SW' /a) of Section Twelve
<br />(12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, all as surveyed and platted and is more particularly described as recorded in the office
