BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust <br />dated February 21, 2006, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />on February 22, 2006, as Instrument No. 200601555, herein called the Grantor, for and in <br />consideration of the sum of Seventy-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars <br />($79,850.00), as credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from <br />Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such Deed of 'T'rust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto FEDERAL HOME LOAN MOKTGAGE <br />CORPORATION, herein called the Grantee, the following-described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />LUT SEVEN (7), BLOCK FIVE (5), GILBERT'S SECOND ADDITION TU <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />TO HAVE ANU TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build- <br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee <br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever. <br />Signed this 30t" day of June, 2009. <br />~`' /' <br />~. <br />rend R.
