<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated February 21, 2006, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ball
<br />County, Nebraska, February 22, 2006 as Instrument No. 200601555, wherein Raymond D.
<br />Carrig, Sr. and Marry Ann Carrig, Husband and Wife were identified as Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WIiEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated February 21, 2006, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on February 22, 2006, as Instrument No. 200601555, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Seventy-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars
<br />($79,850.00), as credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from
<br />Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such Deed of 'T'rust, does hereby quitclaim, grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto FEDERAL HOME LOAN MOKTGAGE
<br />CORPORATION, herein called the Grantee, the following-described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />LUT SEVEN (7), BLOCK FIVE (5), GILBERT'S SECOND ADDITION TU
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />TO HAVE ANU TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
