The Deed of Trust is <br />recorded as instrument number 200100511 in the real estate records in the office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned Trustee has <br />received written request to reconvey from the Beneficiary. <br />Therefore, in accordance with the request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the Trustor(s), all of the <br />estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described <br />real estate to-wit: <br />Lot Two (2), B.D.S.
