Deed of Reconveye,nce. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />eXeCUted by DENNY JOE WATKINS AND BUNEITA P WATKINS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to <br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA. <br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated JUZY 1, <br />2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as <br />Document No. 2oo3os431, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
