<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deeds, executed by TC Enck Builders, Inc, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Cornpaaty, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Sank & Trust Company,
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 14th day of July, 2008, recorded on the 24th day of
<br />July, 2008, as Instrument No. 200806307 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, State
<br />of Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and i.n accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
