<br />acknowledged, does hereby convey to MARK STAUSS and TRACY STAUSS,
<br />Husband and wife, as Joint Tenants, Grantee, the following
<br />described real property:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13) , Country Meadows A4d44 -i n to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
<br />(4) this deed is given to correct a previous deed delivered
<br />to the GRANTEES containing erroneous description.
