No noxious, offensive or illegal activity shall be allowed on the Property, nor shall any trash, ashes or other refuse be thrown, placed or dumped on the Properties, nor shall anything ever be done which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. No outbuilding or other attached structure appurtenant to any residence may be erected on any Lot without the consent, in writing, of the Architectural and Landscape Committee. No vegetable gardens shall be allowed on any lot in the Properties, except for areas not exceeding 80 square feet and shall be located within 20 feet of the outside perimeter of Park Gardens. All gardens are to be well maintained and shall be kept free of weeds at all times. Only small dish antennas will be allowed as long as the owner has prior approval of the Architectural and Landscape Committee, which in turn has the approval of the Board. All antennas shall be placed on the backside of the dwelling and shall be placed so that they are as unnoticeable as possible. Side building installation will be allowed only by special permission. Section 8. Vehicle Maintenance. No one shall fix or repair vehicles on any property in the Properties, except minor routine repairs of vehicles owned by the resident of each lot within the Properties.
