200500491 <br />area of any nature be constructed—on any lot, At no time may <br />a pet be confined on a leash in the yard without an owner in <br />attendance at all times. Pets will be under the control of <br />the owner at all times. The Board of Directors may establish <br />and revise from time to time rules and regulations limiting <br />the kind, number, size and activities of such pets. <br />Section 3. Noxious Activity. No noxious, offensive or <br />illegal activity shall be allowed on the Property, nor shall <br />any trash, ashes or other refuse be thrown, placed or dumped <br />on the Properties, nor shall anything ever be done which may <br />be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. <br />Section 4. Outbuildings, Playground Eguipm n <br />Prohibited. No outbuilding or other attached structure <br />appurtenant to any residence may be erected on any Lot <br />without the consent, in writing, of the Architectural and <br />Landscape Committee. No playground equipment may be erected <br />on any of the lots without the consent, in writing, of the <br />Architectural and Landscape Committee, <br />Section 5. Temporary Structure. No trailer, basement, <br />tent, shack, garage, barn or other outbuilding shall at any <br />time be used for human habitation, temporarily or <br />permanently, nor shall any structure of a temporary character <br />be used for human habitation. <br />Section 6. Gardens. No vegetable gardens shall be <br />allowed on any lot in the Properties, except for areas not <br />exceeding 80 square feet and shall be located within 20 feet <br />of the outside perimeter of Park Gardens. All gardens are to <br />be well maintained and shall be kept free of weeds at all <br />times. The Board of Directors may establish and revise from <br />time to time rules and regulations limiting the kind and <br />level of maintenance of such gardens, <br />Section 7. Antennas. Only small dish antennas will be <br />allowed as long as the owner has prior approval of the <br />Architectural and Landscape Committee, which in turn has the <br />approval of the Board. All antennas shall be placed on the <br />backside of the dwelling and shall be placed so that they are <br />as unnoticeable as possible. Side building installation will <br />be allowed only by special permission. <br />Section 8. Vehicle Maintenance. No one shall fix or <br />repair vehicles on any property in the Properties, except <br />minor routine repairs of vehicles owned by the resident of <br />each lot within the Properties. The Board of Directors may <br />establish and revise from time to time rules and regulations <br />pertaining to the fixing or repairing of any vehicles, <br />Section 9. Vehicles. No trucks, trailers, boats, <br />motor homes, campers, equipment, machinery or cars not in <br />daily use shall be parked, located or otherwise maintained on <br />0 <br />
