<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated December 8, 2000, executed by Stratford Plaza, LLC, a
<br />Colorado limited liability company, as Trustor, in which Nebraska Mil -Nic, Inc. is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and which was recorded December 8, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200010704 in the Mortgage Records of
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder a written request to reconvey the property covered thereunder, reciting that all sums secured
<br />by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid, and that such Deed of Trust has been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property covered by said Deed of Trust at the time it was
<br />recorded is as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot Eleven (11), Woodland Second Subdivision, an
<br />addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
<br />thereof, EXCEPT a tract more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Southeast corner of said Lot Eleven (11), thence on an assumed bearing of
<br />S89 °12'16 "W, along and upon the south line of said Lot Eleven (11), a distance of Twenty
<br />(20.00) Feet to a point; thence N43 °59'05 "E, a distance of Twenty -Eight and Eighteen
<br />Hundredths (28.18) Feet to a point on the east line of said Lot Eleven (11), said point also
<br />being on the west right of way line of Locust Street; thence S01 °14'02 "E, along and upon
<br />the west right of way line of Locust Street, a distance of Twenty (20.00) Feet to a point of
<br />beginning.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents hereby grant and reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by and
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the property described above.
