CAD <br />~ a] ~ rv <br />~~ ~ mV ~ d <br />«A <br />pd V1 <br />~ P~ <br />~ ~1 TRUSTEE'S DEED ~~ <br />Garry McCubbin, Attorney at Law, 12400 Olive Blvd., Ste 555, St. Louis, Missouri, 63141, hereinafter / 5 <br />referred to as Grantor, as [successor] 'T'rustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to US Bank National Assoclatian, as Trustee for Asset- <br />Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-WFHE3 Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, <br />expressed or implied, all of the fallowing described real estate: <br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK ONE (1), JENKINSON SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />'T'his conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred by a Trust Deed with power of sale recorded <br />on 07/17/2006 , in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document 0200606352 wherein <br />ANTHONY MANN AND CAROL L. KAISER is Trustor, and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is <br />originally named Beneficiary, wherein the Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust <br />therein expressed, the property above described to secure, arnang other obligations, payment of the <br />indebtedness and after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this <br />conveyance as follows: <br />(1) Breach and default were made under the terms of the Trust Deed in the particular set forth in <br />the notice of default hereinafter refeiYed tn, which default continued until the tune of the sale. <br />(2) There was filed for record on 04/10/2009 as Document# 02009p26SS a natice of default in <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and of election to sell the praperty to <br />satisfy the obligations secured thereby and thereafter notice of the filing of the notice of <br />default was sent in the statutory manner to all persons entitled to a natice thereof. <br />(3) That thereafter the Grantor executed its natice of Trustee's sale, stating that it, as Trustee, <br />would sell at public auction to the highest bidder the praperty hereinbefore described, fixing <br />the time and place of the sale as 06/19/2009 at between the hours of 9:pp a.zn. and 5:00 <br />p.m. (10:p0 a.m.) at the main entrance of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West 1st, Grand <br />Island, NE 6$802 and caused copies of such notice to be published once a week for five <br />u~g19p~pp~~~i1~u~e~v~~~~n~ <br />
