<br />IL 60606 -4667, his successors and assigns, without any covenant or
<br />warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described

<br />Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on
<br />Grantor by a Trust Deed dated March 18, 2002, and recorded on
<br />April 12, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200203984 wherein Lydia M.
<br />Jimenez a single person is named Trustor; and Heritage Bank is
<br />named Beneficiary and Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $66,500.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Heritage Bank to Washington Mutual Bank, FA by an Assignment dated
<br />March 5, 2002 and recorded on April 19, 2002 as Instrument No.
<br />0200204267 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
