<br />You are hereby notified that Samuel L. Schmer a/k/a Samuel Louis Schmer, a single person, as Truster, did on
<br />or about October 10, 2000, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee,
<br />a Deed of Trust wherein said Tmstor conveyed the following - described real property:
<br />Lot Twenty Five (25) in Hagge's Subdivision, being a part of Section Twenty Eight
<br />(28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M_ in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a Tout of land more purlieularly described
<br />in report of Appraisers recorded in Book 29, Page 553
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Truster obtained from Home Federal Savings and Loan Assn. of Grand
<br />Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trost which was recorded on October 11, 2000, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200008431.
<br />On or about October 10, 2000, Horne Federal Savings and Loan Assn. of Grand Island, Beneficiary, assigned
<br />all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, The
<br />Assignment was recorded October 11, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Iwomment No. 0200008432.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Truster for which the t were
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Tractor has failed to pay the Beneficiary Payments t
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
