You are hereby notified that Camels L. Fritz n/k/a Carnela L. Fritz Delgado, a single person, as Trainor, did on
<br />or about April 16, 1997, make, excente and deliver unto Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Trustee, a Deed of Trust
<br />wherein said Truster conveyed the following - described real property:
<br />Lot 7, Block 1, George Loan's Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, except that part deeded to the City of Grand Island by Instrument filed
<br />February 18, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 101806
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Truster obtained from Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of said Deed
<br />of Trust which was recorded on April 18, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Insnwnent No. 97- 102853.
<br />On or about April 16, 1997, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded May 13,
<br />1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 103698.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Traitor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Truster has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause w be sold the real property
