<br />WHEREAS, LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION is the Trustee under a Deed of
<br />Trust dated FEBRUARY 19, 2002, executed by LAURIE A AMSBERRY, A MARRIED WOMAN,
<br />AND NEAL L AMSBERRY' WIFE AND HUSBAND, as Trustor, for the benefit of AMERIQUEST
<br />MORTGAGE COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was recorded MARCH 18, 2002 as Instrument
