Rainforth and Thomas R. Rainforth, both <br />married persons, Crystal J. Rainforth and Joyce J. Rainforth, their spouses, as Trustors, in which Five <br />~...... <br />Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is Warned as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which <br />was recorded as Instrument #0200004031, at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on <br />the 17"' day of May, 2000 <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from. Beneficiary, a <br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Two (2), B.D.S.
