Brooks and Erin Brooks, <br />husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Paul R. Wiles and LeahF Wiles, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real <br />property in Ha1lCounty, Nebraska: <br />The Westerly 3$ feet of the Southerly 140 feet of Lot 12 of the County <br />Subdivision of part of the Sl/2SE1/4 of Section 16, Township 11 North, <br />Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., and that part of Lot 13 of the County <br />Subdivision of part of Sl/2SE1/4 of said Section 16, Township 11 North, <br />Range 9 West of the 6th P.
