Almquist and Judy M. <br />Almquist, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or mare, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto John A. Pebeck III and Lisa C.
