Friesen and Lori K. <br />Friesen, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, as Trustor, and Argent Mortgage <br />Company, LLC, BeneEciary, wherein Gary D. Byrne was named Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded <br />9/1/2006 in the Records of the Register of Deeds of HALL, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200607895, in Book xxx <br />at Page xxx. <br />Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the <br />Deed of Trust to U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Asset Backed <br />Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series AMQ 2006-HE7 Asset Backed Pass-Through <br />Certificates, Series AMQ 2006-HE7. The Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />HALL County, Nebraska. <br />Thomas J. Holthus, Esq. has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed <br />for record with the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska.
