<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That a Deed of Trust was made and entered into on or about 12/6/2005, by TODD FRIESEN AND LORI
<br />FRIESEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as joint tenants, as Trustor, and Argent Martgage Company, LLC,
<br />Beneficiary, wherein FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY was named Trustee. This Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded 12/9/2005 in the Records of the Register of Deeds of HALL, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200512104, in Book xxx at Page xxx.
<br />Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the
<br />Deed of Trust to U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Structured Asset
<br />Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2006-3. The Assignment was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska.
<br />Thomas J. Holthus, Esq. has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed
<br />for record with the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska. Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Thomas J.
<br />Holthus, Esq., will be referred to as GRANTOR.
<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of $36,145.74 and other valuable consideration received from U.S. Bank
<br />National Association, as trustee, an behalf of the holders of the Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust
<br />Mortgage Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2006-3
<br />hereinafter GRANTEES, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and conform unto GRANTEES the following
<br />described real property in HALL County, Nebraska:
<br />THE EAST 25.5 FEET OF LOT 6 AND THE WEST 23.5 FEET OF LOT 7, BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Ta have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEES, and to the GRANTEES' successors and assigns forever.
<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEES and with the GRANTEES' successors and assign:
<br />(1) That TODD FRIESEN AND LORI FRIESEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as joint tenants, as
<br />Trustor, failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and the GRANTOR, at the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, elected to declare the entire unpaid principle balance, together with interest thereon, at once
<br />immediately due and payable.
<br />(2) That a Notice of Default was recorded by GRANTOR on 9/10/2008, In instrument # 0200807792, in
<br />Book xxx at page xxx, in the records of the Register of Deeds, HALL County, Nebraska. Within ten (10) days
