<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN B1' THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deeds, executed by John E. Nowicki and Jennifer L. Nowicki, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Carnpany, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Sank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 31st day of
<br />October, 2006, recorded on the 13th day of Navernber, 2006, as Instrunnent No. 200610093 at
<br />the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, State of Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4NE1/4) of Section Twenty-One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6~ri PM City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of Oklahoma Avenue, where
<br />such point intersects with the east line of Greenwich Street, thence running northwesterly
<br />along and upon the east line of Greenwich Street, a distance of One Hundred Forty-five and
<br />Six hundredths (145.OG) feet; thence running northeasterly a distance One Hundred Twenty
<br />One and Thirty-seven Hundredths (121.37) feet; thence running southeasterly a distance of
<br />One Hundred Forty-four and Seventy-nine Hundredths (144.79) feet to a point on the north
<br />line of Oklahoma Avenue, thence running southwesterly along and upon. the north line of
<br />Oklahoma Avenue a distance of One Hundred Twenty-one and Forty-three Hundredths
<br />(121.43) feet to the paint of beginning.
