Mead, a Single Person, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State <br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust <br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 29th day of September, 2008, recorded on <br />the 2nd day of October, 2008, as Instrument No. 200808394 at the Register of Deeds Office, <br />Hall County, State of Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate <br />derived to said Txustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real <br />property (as defined in Neb.
