<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN B~' THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deeds, executed by M Sq. Design, Inc, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 19th day of December, 2005, recorded on the 20th day of
<br />December, 2005, as Instrument No, 200512415 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust L7eed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />The Westerly Twenty Two (22) feet of Lot seven (7), in Block Fifty Eight (58), in the
<br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
