<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated July 17, 2002, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, .July 22, 2002 as Document No. 200207570 of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Books, wherein Cooney Properties, Inc., was the identified as Truster;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale, and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, 1, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated July 17, 2002, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />July 22, 2002, at Document Number 200207570, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Forty -Five Thousand Seven Hundred and No /100 Dollars
<br />($45,700.00) received from Grantees, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto The Buyer is J & B RENTALS, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability Company
<br />herein called the Grantees, the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Parcel 1: Lot One (1), in Block Nineteen (19), of Packer and Bur's Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Parcel 2: Lot Six (6), Block One Hundred Twenty -Five (125), in Union
<br />Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Parcel 3: Lot Eight (8), in Block Thirty -One (31), in Packer & Bur's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />'1'0 HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
