<br />SHERIFF'S DEED
<br />This Deed made 1�, A,'? ,;;�_ a00,5____ between Jerry
<br />Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, transferor
<br />herein, and Thomas Atkins, of 4323 North Road, Grand Island, NE 68801,
<br />transferee herein.
<br />RECITALS
<br />1. By virtue of an Amended Order of Sale dated September 21, 2004,
<br />directed and delivered to transferor and issued out of the District Court
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on a judgment rendered in such court in an
<br />action entitled Equivest Financial, L. L. C., a Michigan Limited Liability
<br />Company v. Joseph R. Unternahrer; Victor Bosselman, Irma M. Bosselman;
<br />Jack Zimmer; Deborah Zimmer a /k /a Debra Zimmer; United States
<br />Department of Treasury; Gerald L. Beck; Kay Marie Beck; Dane L. and
<br />Rebecca L. Smith, husband and wife, Norwest Bank Nebraska National
<br />Association; United States of America, Small Business Administration,
<br />John Doe and Mary Doe, Real Names Unknown; any and all persons who
<br />have or claim some lien upon or interest in the real estate described
<br />below, Doc. 130 Page 159 in favor of Thomas Atkins, Assignee of Victor
<br />and Irma Bosselman and against Jack Zimmer and Deborah Zimmer, a /k /a
<br />Debra Zimmer to satisfy such judgment and costs out of the real property
<br />described below the Sheriff of Hall county Nebraska took such steps to
<br />advertise and conduct a sale of the real property described below as
<br />required by law.
<br />2. The real property described below, and, after due notice, was
<br />sold at public auction at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on November 17, 2004, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska to transferee as the highest bidder, for the sum of
<br />One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($115,800.00) in cash.
<br />3. Transferee, having paid the purchase money for the real
<br />property is now the legal owner of the real property and the District Court
<br />has directed that he be given a Sheriff's Deed to the property.
<br />By virtue of the foregoing and in consideration of the purchase
<br />money, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, transferor grants to
<br />transferee, his heirs and assigns, all the title, right, estate and interest in
<br />the following real property
<br />The West Half (W1/2) of the Southeast uarter (SE1 /4) of
<br />Section Fourteen (14), Township Twelve$ 2) North, Range
<br />Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
