DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Jason D Real, an unmarried individual and Staci J Owens, an
<br />unmarried individual, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated the 22nd day of April, 2004 and recorded on the 26th day of April, 2004, at the Register of
<br />Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska at Inst. No. 0200404067, has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
