<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Pc7ints Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br /> Trust Deed dated March 26, 2008 and executed by Starostka Group Unlimited, a Nebraska Corporation ,~
<br /> and Hastings Ventures, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustors, in which Five Points ~ , ~
<br /> Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned. as Trustee, which was
<br /> recorded as Instrument #0200$02756 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 2"d
<br /> day of Aprii, 2008
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2) Woodland Park Sixth Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said 'T'rustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned. has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
