Cline and Audrey D. Cline, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in consideration <br />of estate planning, conveys to GRANTEES, Douglas R. Cline and Audrey D. Cline, husband and <br />wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined <br />in Neb. Rev.
