McManaman, a single person, herein called the Mortgagor, one or more in <br />consideration of Seven Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($7,500.00) of <br />State of Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Funds received from the Housing <br />Development Corporation (HDC), herein called the Mortgagee, does mortgage to the <br />Mortgagee the following described premises situated in Hall County and the State of <br />Nebraska to wit: <br />Starting at a point 1327 Feet North of the Southwest corner of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NWl/4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Ten (10) West of the hen P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, thence running is an <br />easterly direction parallel to the North line of said Section 3, Township 11, <br />Range 10, a distance of 181.5 Feet; thence running in a northerly direction <br />Parallel to the west line of said Section 3, Township 11, Range 10, a distance <br />of 120 Feet; thence running in a westerly direction parallel to the North line <br />of said Section 3, Township 11, Range 10, a distance of 181.5 Feet; thence <br />Running in a Southerly direction to the paint of beginning. <br />And the Mortgagee does hereby covenant with the Martgagor and with Mortgagor's heirs <br />and assigns that Martgagor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same, and <br />that Mortgagor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />This mortgage is given to secure the repayment schedule of the Promissory Note and <br />Disclosure Statement, dated June 1, 2009, for the deferred loan money to be received by <br />Mortgagor. <br />In the event of a default in the performance of any of the terms and conditions of this <br />mortgage or the Promissory Note and Disclosure Statement secured by it, the Mortgagee <br />shall be entitled to immediate possession of the property during such time as mortgage <br />indebtedness remains unpaid. <br />Dated this 1st day of June, 2009. <br />Borrower's Signature <br />rg r .1.
