Harris and Kristine L. Harris, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO <br />BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of March 25, 2002, and recorded on March <br />28, 2002, as Instrument No. 200203343, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any <br />warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in <br />said Deed of Trust and on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
