<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated July 17, 2002, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, July 22, 2002 as Document No. 200207570 of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Books, wherein Cooney Properties, Inc., was the identified as Trustor;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated July 17, 2002, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />July 22, 2002, at Document Number 200207570, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Twenty -Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars
<br />($26,750.00) received from Grantees, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto The Buyer is DAVID L. LARSON, TRUSTEE OF THE DAVID L. LARSON
<br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 15, 2002, AS AMENDED as to an
<br />undivided one -half (1/2) interest and CATHERINE M. LARSON, TRUSTEE OF THE
<br />CATHERINE M. LARSON REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 15, 2002, AS
<br />AMENDED as to an undivided one -half (1/2) interest herein called the Grantees, the following -
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), Block Five (5), Koehler Place, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
