BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust <br />dated July 17, 2002, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />July 22, 2002, at Document Number 200207570, herein called the Grantor, for and in <br />consideration of the sum of Twenty -Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars <br />($26,750.00) received from Grantees, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto The Buyer is DAVID L. LARSON, TRUSTEE OF THE DAVID L. LARSON <br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 15, 2002, AS AMENDED as to an <br />undivided one -half (1/2) interest and CATHERINE M. LARSON, TRUSTEE OF THE <br />CATHERINE M.
