<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION C
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated April 5, 2002 executed by Niles A. Miller and Georgene K.
<br />Miller, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as CID
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was Entered as Instrument Numbers 0200203922 on April
<br />11, 2002 in the Hall County Register of Deed's Office.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Three (3) of Block Twenty-Six (26), Original Town, Now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and Fractional Lot Three (3) of Block Twenty-Six (26), Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deeds of Trust dated April 5, 2002, Entered as
<br />Instrument Numbers 0200203922 in the Register of Deed's of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full
<br />force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 5th day of January, 2005.
